The process of production of the fencing panels consists of the following stages:
Processing of the rolled steel i.e. the wire drawing process, to give it different diameters done with the wire drawing machines MALMEDIE from Dusseldorf.
Wire straightening in coils and its cutting into specific lengths is done with the WAFIOS R33 and WAFIOS R35 machines.
Multipoint welding done on the automatic line by EVG.
Thermal galvanisation according to the standard number EN-ISO 1461 which is done thanks to our cooperation with the „FAM” company in Wrocław.
Powder coating on a fully automatic J.-Wagner GmbH line, which finishes the process of production of the fencing panels.
